• Free Walking Groups with the Heart Foundation.
  • Free or low-cost beauty and hair treatments.  Search Facebook for local groups seeking models to practice beauty and hair treatments on.
  • Music Therapy.  Download Spotify or Soundcloud for beautiful background music to listen to throughout the day.
  • Nature Showering.  I know that sounds weird but it’s just a wellness term to immerse yourself in nature. Try bushwalking.
  • Do Nothing.  Harder than it sounds.  Try it for 30 minutes and do absolutely nothing, no tv, no phone, no planning, no talking.
